I found this article on the Forbes website.  It discussed how top young managers are very well equipped with the knowledge to act correctly in their jobs as managers in big companies.  It also discussed how these managers need to focus more on how to teach their employees how to also be knowledgeable and smart with their day to day activities in the company to all around benefit the entire company.  These young managers need to understand that your employees will shape your companies future; therefore, they need to spend more time prepping their employees and bettering their knowledge to shape their careers.
